Primary Operations: High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)

High-Capacity Casting Solutions:

Our facility is equipped with a range of cold-chamber High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines, capable of handling complex geometries and varying shot weights.

  • Machine Range: 135 Tons to 350 Tons.

  • Capacity Highlights:

    • PDC Machine No. 1: 350 Ton Capacity (For larger, complex housings).

    • PDC Machine No. 2: 250 Ton Capacity.

    • PDC Machine No. 3: 250 Ton Capacity.
    • PDC Machine No. 4: 180 Ton Capacity.
    • PDC Machine No. 5: 135 Ton Capacity.

  • Material Expertise: Specialized in high-grade Aluminum alloys ensuring structural integrity and thermal conductivity.

Secondary Operations & Precision Machining

Precision Finishing & Secondary Processing:

To provide “ready-to-assemble” components, we offer a full suite of post-casting services in-house.

  • Machining: Dedicated cells for Drilling, Tapping, Trimming, and new addition of advanced VMC & CNC Machining Centers.

  • Surface Finishing: High-quality aesthetic and functional finishes using:

    • Shot Blasting & Sand Blasting

    • Vibro Finishing

    • Lancer Machines

  • Part Identification: In-house Laser Printing Machine for permanent serial numbering, branding, and traceability.

In-House Tool Room & Maintenance

Maximum Uptime Through Internal Tooling:

Unlike many foundries, Span Casters maintains a fully equipped in-house Tool Room to ensure die longevity and rapid response to technical requirements.

  • Equipment: Precision Lathe Machines, Surface Grinders, and Surface Plates.

  • Capabilities: Routine die maintenance, emergency repairs, and tool optimization to prevent production delays.

Inspection & Quality Lab

Advanced Metrology & Testing:

Our quality lab is the heart of our IATF 16949 certification, equipped with precision instruments to verify every micron.

  • Dimensional Accuracy: Digital Vernier Calipers (150-300mm), Micrometers, Surface Plates, and Height Gauges.

  • Process Control: Temp. Laser Guns, Lux Meters (for lighting checks), Sound Level Meters (DB), and AQI Meters.

  • Thread Integrity: Comprehensive range of Thread Plug Gauges for precision tapping verification.

Plant Utilities & Logistics

Uninterrupted Operations & Delivery:

Our infrastructure is designed for 24/7 reliability.

  • Power Backup: 250 KVA Dedicated Genset.

  • Support Systems: Industrial Compressors and DM Water Plant for process cooling.

  • Logistics Fleet: We operate our own Company Dispatch Vehicles to ensure your delivery arrives on time, every time.

Future Expansion

Roadmap to 2026:

We are continuously investing in technology to stay ahead of customer needs.

  • Phase 1 (June 2026): Introduction of an In-House Spectrometer for instant material chemical analysis.

  • Phase 2 (Oct 2026): Expansion of casting capacity with a 600 Ton PDC Machine.
